Paleo pork ribs

This is the closest you may get to REAL BBQ flavoured ribs. If fact, i think they taste better… See for yourself!


  • Meaty Pork Ribs (choose QTY based on how many people you want to feed)

  • 1 Tin Crushed tomatoes

  • 3 TBSP of tomato paste

  • 1 Cup Balsamic Vinegar

  • Smoked Paprika

  • Chilli Sauce (optional)

  • Salt & Pepper

  • Ghee

Method: Coat the ribs in Paprika, Salt and Pepper. Heat some Ghee in a pan and seal the ribs for 1 minute. Into a Slow cooker, add the rest of the ingredients and stir into a sauce. Add the ribs, coat in the sauce and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with Green beans or Sweet Potato mash.
