Paleo granola

This is by far the tastiest snack, packed with good saturated fat, great for desert, great for on the road, great for breakfast as a cereal substitute

  • ½ cup Cashews

  • ½ cup Almonds

  • ½ cup pecans

  • ½ cup walnuts

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds

  • ½ cup shredded/coconut flakes

  • ¼ cup of Blackstrap Molasses (in the video I used Orange Juice)

  • ¼ cup of coconut oil

  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla Extract

  • Salt.

Method: lightly crush the nuts in a blender (optional) add to a mixing bowl with all the ingredients. Stir through and add to a baking tray greased with butter.

Cook on 175 degrees Celsius for no longer than 10 minutes (pass 12 and you will burn it!)
