Massaman lamb shanks

This is by far the tastiest meal with the least amount of preparation. You can put this on in the morning faster than you can make breakfast. Slow cooked while you’re working, ready when your home.

  • Free range lamb shanks

  • 1 Tin organic tomatoes

  • 1 Coconut cream

  • ½ jar Ayam massaman curry paste

Method (As per YouTube video). Heat some Ghee in a pan and once hot seal the Shanks for about a minute on each side.

Into a slow cooker add a tin of tomatoes, tin of coconut cream, and half a jar (about 2 tablespoons) of Curry Paste, stir through.

Add the lamb shanks, coat with the sauce and cook on low for 8 hours.
