LCHF breakfast smoothie

This is exactly what is says on the box. A Low Carb High Fat take on a good old breakfast smoothie.

  • ½ Banana

  • ¼ Cup of Blueberries

  • ¼ Cup Almonds

  • ¼ Avocado

  • 1 TBSP MCT oil

  • 1 Scoop pure whey protein powder

The avocado gives the smoothie a really thick texture, the more you add, the thicker it gets, and the more LCHF the smoothie becomes. However the taste does become overpowering. The small amount of fruit should offset this taste.
