Kwik keto breaky

This is a real time saver if you are wanting a hearty breakfast full of protein, fats and some carbs.

  • Heat up pre-cooked savory mince (see Super Savoury mince recipe)

  • ½ Teaspoon of Butter melted in fry pan

  • 1 Egg

  • Dash of Chilli Sauce

Method: (as per YouTube video)

Heat up a cup of mince in the microwave. Melt some butter into a pan, crack and egg and let it fry until crispy or to your liking.

Serve and add chilli sauce, salt and pepper.
