Organic free trade coffee
Grass fed butter – 1 TBSP
MTC/Coconut Oil – 1TSP
Method: (as per YouTube video) pour a shot of coffee, and into a blender add the MCT oil and butter. Blend for 15 seconds and add hot water to top up your cup!
Flavour is best with a real shot of coffee and using a blender will emulsify the old and make the consistency akin to a fluffy late.
