Oh this just may be the desert that sees you through for a long lasting LCHF lifestyle. Again, keep in mind that just because it is in this plan doesn’t mean you can indulge… Its a desert, so you have to watch your fat/carb intake
1 Frozen Banana
2 Coconut Ice Cubes (see hack sheet)
¼ Cup cashews
1 TBSP Cacao Powder
Paleo Granola (optional)
Method: You will need a powerful blender to mix the frozen banana and coconut ice cubes. Add all ingredients (apart from the granola and berries) and blend into a smooth consistency. Sprinkle Granola and berries over the top to serve.
