Avocado fat bombs

These little bliss balls are tiny but they pack a mean punch! Are they sweet? are they savory… you decide!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Kiwis

  • 1 ripe Avocado

  • 6 TBS Coconut flour

  • 2 TBS Almond flour

  • 1-2 TBS raw Honey

  • 1 TBS Coconut Oil

  • fresh Mint leaves

Method: Put all ingredients into a Blender and blend until a smooth consistency. Put into the fridge for an hour so the paste can set. Use a Tablespoon to form little balls approximately an 3cm in diameter. keep in an airtight container.
